JACK dual drive is the new Zallys vehicle specifically designed to speed up and make movement in tunnels and mines safer.
With its unique 2-sided driving system and the long structure, it allows you to move easily in narrow spaces without maneuvers. It can be equipped with easily interchangeable modules and adapts to all needs, from transporting materials to rescuing the injured.

More seats
For moving teams of up to 3 people, it is possible to mount additional seat modules, up to 2 per side in addition to the operator's.
Born to work in tunnels
JACK dual drive is a vehicle with a double driving position, specifically developed to move through tunnels without having to maneuver, making it easier to move around and making the work environment safer. Ideal for maintenance work on metro lines, collection of material in mining sites and quarries.
Integrated LED headlights
JACK dual drive is equipped with high-brightness LED headlights, which illuminate the surrounding environment, significantly improving the operator's visibility.
Safety for the operators
There are two pedals on the JACK dual drive platform:

Dead man pedal: positioned on the left, when pressed it activates the travel controls; this prevents involuntary movements of the machine when it is not in use.

Brake pedal: positioned on the right, a mechanical brake to stop the machine in an emergency.

The JACK dual drive handlebars are designed to make it easy and ergonomic to use for all operators. All controls are at your fingertips and all essential machine information is visible on the control panel, from battery charge level to speed.
