The Zallys M20 electric tiller-driven tug is an exceptional tool for handling the heaviest wheeled loads: built to tow industrial trolleys up to 30,000 kg, it makes work lighter and more agile, thanks also to the steering tiller with slewing bearing that allows you to maneuver even the bulkiest loads with precision and effortlessly. An electric brake is always in operation in the absence of voltage, to guarantee safety when the machine is not in use. Zallys M20 is equipped as standard with a solid ballast system that always guarantees maximum traction capacity on any type of flooring and perfect balancing of the machine. Thanks to the large range of towing hitches, Zallys M20 is very versatile and can be used for the most diverse applications, from the handling of large metal components to the towing of special trolleys along production lines.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
Questo modello è equipaggiato di serie con quattro batterie da 450 Ah, che garantiscono alla macchina un'autonomia di 8 ore lavorative ad uso continuativo.

Sul lato poeteriore di M20 sono installati dei tasti di marcia ausiliari con consenso per agevolare le operazioni di connessione al carrello.

Can Zallys electric vehicles be used on the road?
No. Zallys vehicles are designed for industrial use in limited areas and cannot circulate on roads, pavements, cycle paths or in public places in general. For particular cases, such as machines used for park maintenance, cleaning pavements or collecting municipal waste, authorization is required from the competent bodies.
How much time does the Zallys products warranty last?
The warranty is valid worldwide for 12 months starting from the date of delivery validated by a fiscal document, excluding components subject to wear and tear. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
